Shipping
All orders are shipped within 5 business days via US Postal Service. Prices vary depending on weight. Shipping is free on any order over $100. If you need a product immediately, please contact us at Julie@holababy.com and we will arrange a rush delivery. International deliveries please contact us so we can determine the most reliable shipping options.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through our secure online checkout. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. North Carolina residents add 5.5% sales tax to your total.

Gift Wrapping
Sending Hola Baby as a regalo? You’re so thoughtful! We will happily gift wrap and enclose a card with your message for the small charge of $2.00.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with Hola Baby! If for some reason you are not please return the merchandise within two weeks of purchase with the tags still on for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable and we regret that we cannot reimburse the cost of shipping returns. To exchange an item please note what you would like to exchange the item for and we will get the items out to you as soon as possible.
